Book your Order.
You will be given an approximate price or price range based on your current requirements. This is not a guaranteed price as many factors can change but it will be a good idea of what you'll be investing.
You'll secure your date with a 50% deposit and you'll receive an order confirmation.
For bookings made 2 months or less before the wedding day, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cake Samples
Deciding on a wedding cake is a big deal, we understand. Some couples already know who they want to create their wedding cake but if you need a little more reassurance, you can purchase a cake sample box before committing.
If you haven't booked your cake with us but would like to try our cake, each sample box costs £25. If you then book your wedding cake with Ionie Make Cakes, this cost is deducted from your booking fee.

Design Concept
I will create a bespoke wedding cake design matching your requirements and budget as closely as possible.
A lot of this will be done over emails and WhatsApp, so that we can exchange images and have everything in written form which makes it easier to refer back to it.
Online Consultation
We will schedule in your online consultation approximately 3 to 4 months before your wedding.
This will be when we fine-tune your design and discuss all the logistics and timings of your big day.
If you've not yet had your complimentary cake sample box at this point, we will send it out to you around this time!
Final Payment
The final payment will be due by the date shown on your order confirmation, usually 1 calendar month before the wedding day.
We understand that couples are normally very busy by this point and will send out an email reminder for your convenience.
Delivery
We welcome collections for smaller cakes from Ionie Make Cakes HQ in Wolverhampton, however, delivery and set up is highly recommended so that you have one less thing to worry about on your wedding day!
If delivery to a venue is required, we will set up your cake on delivery. We will liaise directly with the venue or your wedding coordinator to ensure everything will run smoothly.
